Frequently asked questions

Parks & rides

  • Do I have to stay with the group in the park?

Our staff will lead groups through the park, with the goal to ride as many roller coasters as possible. Unaccompanied minors must remain with the group at all times.

Adults and their children (and/or those in their care) are welcome to experience each park with the Airtime group or on their own. If you do choose to explore away from the group, it’s your responsibility to be back on the bus by the departure time.

  • Does the tour include fast passes?

No, however, adults can purchase fast passes for themselves and their children as desired. Unaccompanied minors may not purchase or use fast passes.

  • Are water parks included?

Each trip includes admission to 4 or more water parks. Check the map for each tour for the list of included water parks.

  • I have a Season Meal & Drink Pass. Can I get a discount?

Yes! If you have a Season Meal & Drink Pass at one or more parks, you can save up to $300 per tour. Just enter the corresponding coupon codes at checkout:

  • I have a season pass to a park on the tour. Do I get a discount off the tour price?

No. You are welcome, however, to use your pass for additional perks not covered by the tour, such as fast passes or merchandise discounts.

  • How long will we be at each park?

You will receive a detailed itinerary prior to your tour. Our goal is to maximize ride time while still providing ample time for travel and rest, so we schedule a minimum of 8 hours at each park. Schedule is subject to change.

  • What if it rains?

Your swag bag includes a poncho for rainy days. If severe weather forces a park to suspend operations for part of the day, we’ll wait in a safe place for the bad weather to pass. If a park suspends operations for a longer period due to weather or other circumstances, we will attempt to find other suitable activities or move onto the next part of the tour—as safety allows.

  • What if I get motion sickness?

An Airtime staff member will be available to help you find a place to rest or recover if you need to take a break for any reason. We will also have a limited supply of standard over-the-counter medications (Dramamine, Tylenol, etc.). If you need minor medical attention, we will accompany you to the park’s First Aid station.

Travel

  • How big is the bus?

Our charter bus can hold up to 56 passengers.

  • Does the bus have Wi-Fi? What about a restroom?

Yes, our charter bus features free Wi-Fi, electrical outlets, a restroom, luggage compartment, comfy seats and plenty of legroom.

  • How long will we be on the road each day?

Our travel schedule will depend on how far it is to the next park. Typically, we will stay at a hotel that’s about halfway between each amusement park. This allows us to break up the trip into shorter segments and travel a little in the morning and a little at night.

Accommodations

  • Do I get my own bed?

Yes. Guests who choose double occupancy will enjoy a room with two queen beds. Guests who choose single occupancy will enjoy a room with one king-sized bed.

  • Can I request a roommate?

You’ll select your roommate once the tour begins. You can keep the same roommate for the entire trip or, upon agreement of the guests involved, change as often as you like. Travelers without roommates will be assigned one.

  • What time do we check out of each hotel?

We’ll typically leave the hotel around 8:30 a.m. each day. But we’ll keep you informed by sending text reminders, so you’ll have plenty of time to pack and get breakfast before boarding the bus.

  • Can I charge things to my room?

We highly discourage you from ordering movies, room service or charging other amenities to your room. Airtime Tours will impose a fee equal to 25% of anything charged to your room, payable daily. You are also individually responsible for any damage or theft.

Meals and Drinks

  • I have a Season Meal & Drink Pass. Can I get a discount?

Yes! If you have a Season Meal & Drink Pass at one or more parks, you can save up to $300 per tour. Just enter the corresponding coupon codes at checkout:

  • What’s for breakfast?

Our hotel will serve a hot breakfast buffet every day. Choose from eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, cereal, muffins and more. Plus, help yourself to juice, milk or coffee.

Let us know about special dietary needs when you register.

  • What’s for lunch and dinner?

In order to maximize our ride time, we’ll eat lunch and dinner at the parks. Wherever possible, we will have unlimited meal and drink plans for all our guests. At parks that don’t offer those options, we’ll receive meal vouchers, or we will make other arrangements.

Unlimited meal plans include numerous food options throughout the park, and unlimited drink plans typically allow refills every 15 or 30 minutes.

Let us know about special dietary needs when you register.

  • What about snacks?

We’ll have fresh fruit, bottled water, and a variety of other drinks and snacks for you on the bus.

Food novelties such as ice cream or funnel cakes are not included in your unlimited meal plan. You are welcome to buy them at the park from vendors.

What to pack

  • What should I pack for the bus?

You’ll get an Airtime Tours swag backpack with your trip, which is a great way to hold most of your stuff on the bus and at the park.

    Recommended bus items:

    • Pillow
    • Small blanket
    • Phone and/or tablet with charger and earbuds
    • • Articles of comfort and safety such as sunscreen, Tylenol, a hat or cap, etc.
    • Favorite snack
    • Water shoes and towel (when visiting a water park)
  • What should I pack in my suitcase?

We’ll start you off with an Airtime rain poncho and extra T-shirts, the rest is up to you.

Whatever you do decide to bring, we highly recommend keeping it small and light, and all in one bag. We’ll be on the road for nine days, so five or six outfits seems about right. As long as you remember to shower and wear deodorant, we’ll all be fine. Oh, and don’t forget your PJs.

We’ll travel to a new park each day, so don’t unpack too much in the hotel because we won’t be there long.

We also highly recommend leaving a little extra room in your bag for all the drink cups, Airtime Tours swag and any other souvenirs you buy.

  • Can you help my teenager remember to take medicine?

Yes, we can help remind your teenager when it’s time to take prescription medications. With your approval, we can even safely administer medications as needed. Just be sure to provide your approval and instructions in the medications portion of your contract.

If you cancel prior to the payment balance due date, you will receive your $500 deposit back. If you cancel after the due date, you will not receive any refunds.

  • What if I get hurt or sick?

Airtime Tours staff will accompany you to the amusement park’s First Aid station, if needed. We will also have a first aid kit on the bus and at the hotel with small bandages, cold packs and other common medical supplies.

Our staff will carry a limited supply of over-the-counter medicines, including Tylenol, Advil, Dramamine, feminine products, sunscreen and after-sun care. Parents or guardians must grant permission for unaccompanied minors to take these medications. See your contract for full details.

If your sickness or injury requires hospitalization, we will arrange transport to an appropriate facility nearby.

Your swag bag includes a poncho for rainy days. If severe weather forces a park to suspend operations for part of the day, we’ll wait in a safe place for the bad weather to pass.
